In einem Blog der NY Times ist ein Beitrag über "Organic Food". Ich denke mal das ist hier biologischer Anbau. Wobei Bioerdnussbutter bei uns noch sehr selten ist (ja, mit Mamelade auf Toast, ihr Banausen!).
Viel ulkiger finde ich, die Einordnung:

Ketchup wurde wohl auch benutzt um die Schulspeisung billiger (im doppelten Sinne) zu machen.
